Cancellation Rules & Policies
	Reservations staying Friday and/or Saturday during the months of June, July and August need to be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made under 48 hours of your scheduled arrival date (or under 14 days for a Friday and/or Saturday during June, July and August), the reservation can not be cancelled. If you choose to cancel the reservation or not show for the reservation, you will be charged the full room rate plus tax for the first night only. There is no cancellation fee/charge if you cancel 48 hours (or 14 days for summer weekends) prior to 2pm of your scheduled arrival date.
