PETS

Fountain Park Motel is pleased to welcome our guests' pets to the motel. The daily non-refundable fee to accommodate a pet at Fountain Park Motel is $15.00.

If you are interested in having your pet stay with you on our property, each guest must register their pet at check-in and sign a pet release form

To ensure that your are accommodated accordingly, we recommend that you first check the list below and review the motel's specific pet policy. Then, if booking online, simply call the property directly and give them your name and confirmation number and ask them to add your pet to the reservation It's that simple.

PET POLICY

In order to accommodate our guests not traveling with pets, we have incorporated some general restrictions at our motel.

Pets must be house-trained and are only allowed in several smoking rooms on the first floor.
Pet owners agree to keep their pet on a leash or in a cage while the pet is in any public or common place within the motel, motel complex and the surrounding area. Pet owners agree to clean up after their pet at all times.
Pet owners with unregistered pets may be asked to have their pets removed and will be charged a $35.00 non-refundable unregistered pet fee for each day of their stay.
Pet owners agree to not leave their pet unattended at any time while in the motel. A $50.00 fee will be assessed for any pet left unattended in the room at any time.
Pet owners should remove their pet from their guestroom during housekeeping services, or opt not to receive housekeeping services.
If a pet becomes aggressive to any guest or other person in the motel, pet owners agree to remove their pet promptly from the motel upon request unless a mutually acceptable compromise can be met.
Barking and noise that is disruptive to other guests in the motel is not acceptable. Upon receipt of two (2) noise or disruptive complaints, the guest may be asked to make alternate arrangements for their pet.
A maximum of one (1) pet may reside in one guest room at any time. Service animals are always allowed in any room.
Breeds not accepted: Full or mixed Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows and breeds that can possibly be considered aggressive are not welcome. We reserve the right to refuse any pet for any reason.
Male cats that are not neutered are not welcome at the motel.
Pet owners understand that Fountain Park Motel may remove my pet from my room at my expense if my pet is left unattended and causes a disturbance.
Pet owners who choose not to register their pet and occupy non-smoking rooms, will be charged a $175.00 recovery fee.
Pets are not permitted in the restaurants, bar & lounge or motel lobby.
Pet owners accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) for personal injury or property damage caused by my pet, and I agree to make reimbursement for such damages on demand.
Pet owners agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Fountain Park Motel, Fountain Park Family Restaurant, Fountain Park Charcoal Grill Steakhouse, it's owners, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by my pet.
